Job summary

BMG Outsourcing in Clark, Philippines is seeking a proactive Candidate Manager to meet recruitment targets and support the team in delivering top talent. You will manage sourcing, screening, onboarding and ongoing candidate engagement, while collaborating with sales and operations to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment or related roles is preferred.
• Sales experience is highly preferred in a target-driven environment.
• Highly committed to meeting recruitment targets and supporting team objectives, with flexibility to take on extra responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing top talent through targeted campaigns across job boards, social media, and email.
• Screening candidates through interviews, reference checks, and background verification.
• Ensure candidates are job-ready and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding and payroll readiness for timely payment processing.
• Collaborate with BD, operations and shared services to deliver recruitment services.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and submit weekly success tracking reports.
