Green Horizon Fortune Trading Corp. is seeking an HR Recruiter to source, screen, and place talent across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.

You will maintain candidate records in ATS, monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in recruitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with social recruiting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3+ years of proven HR Recruiter or talent acquisition experience.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with ATS and social recruiting platforms.
Solid understanding of labor laws.

Responsibilities

Find active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networks.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to write and update job postings.
Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and brief hiring panels.
Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and handle onboarding.
Maintain candidate records in ATS and monitor KPIs like time-to-fill.
