Job summary

Golden Topper Investments Inc. is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, and coordinate evaluations with managers. You will onboard new hires, manage records in the HRIS, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

The role involves performing additional admin tasks as needed by management. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with headhunting exposure, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Preferably with experience as a headhunter.
• Familiarity with local labor regulations and hiring practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency using professional job boards, social sourcing tools (like LinkedIn), and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume sourcing, and candidate pre-screening.
• Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews and coordinate subsequent manager evaluations.
• Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding, orientation, and contract generation.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and employee records within the HRIS.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and internal company policies
• Other admin tasks
