Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Legal Counsel, Labor & Employment to provide guidance on employment law, labor relations, and workplace standards under the supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance, Regulatory & Gaming Operations, and the VP, Legal Affairs Philippines.

The role covers advising management, monitoring labor legislation, representing the company in labor negotiations, reviewing HR policies and contracts, coordinating with External Counsel on disputes,

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) from a reputable Law School.
• Adheres to the Company's vision & values.
• Well organized and has interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides legal advice to Management on employment-related issues.
• Monitors labor legislation to ensure compliance.
• Represents the Company in negotiations with labor unions and during collective bargaining processes.
• Reviews employment contracts and HR policies for legal soundness.
• Coordinates with External Counsel on labor disputes and hearings.
• Executes management actions affecting employees and related tasks.
