MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 5-month fixed-term engagement with a hybrid day-shift setup. You will drive strategic sourcing, post ads on multiple portals, screen resumes, and collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to access new talent pools.

The role requires 1–3 years of recruitment experience in the PH BPO sector, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and end-to-end hiring processes.

• Strong foundation in volume sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Attraction:

  • Post and manage dynamic job ads across various job portals and the company careers site.

  • Screen resumes to match required skill sets, qualifications, and candidate aspirations.

  • Partner with the Sourcing Manager to discover and tap into fresh talent pools.

  • Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure complete alignment on target profiles.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment & Selection:

  • Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and manage step-by-step interview logistics.

  • Facilitate behavioral interviews, client-specific assessments, and screening calls.

  • Drive contract generation, job offer negotiations, and smooth candidate hand-offs to HR and Operations.

  • Maintain transparent, regular communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection journey.

• Process Improvement & Operations:

  • Keep candidate tracking tools, reports, and internal databases (e.g., Microstatus) updated in real time.

  • Leverage recruitment data and metrics to recommend continuous process improvements.

  • Monitor BPO industry trends and competitor intelligence to keep our hiring strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with proven expertise hiring across various tracks in the Philippine BPO/call center industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of practical experience.

• Strong foundation in volume sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with stakeholders at all levels.

• Thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven environment; skilled at prioritizing multiple deadlines and working flexible hours when needed.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experienced with applicant tracking systems or databases.
