Qualified applicants have 5+ years in talent acquisition, including 3 years in management, with expertise in recruitment operations, ATS usage, and strategic planning. Travel to sites may be required.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.

• Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and clients, addressing recruitment challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
• Analyze market trends and recruitment metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Provide mentorship and career development for the Talent Acquisition team through regular coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Collaborate across departments to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives.

Your Role

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills to effectively manage teams and drive results.
• Willingness to work additional hours and travel across sites as required.
