Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Human Resource Specialist. This onsite, day-shift role serves as the first contact for leaders on people matters and acts as the HRIS Champion, maintaining employee files, updating policies, creating forms, posting announcements, and handling onboarding and training administration.

You will support recruitment activities, audits, reporting, and compliance tasks to keep HR operations smooth in a diverse, collaborative environment that values

Responsibilities

• Act as initial contact for leaders on people matters.
• Maintain up-to-date employee files and serve as HRIS Champion, including updates to policies, form creation, surveys, and postings.
• Administer working rights expiration checks and follow-up.
• Monitor probationary reviews and onboarding/exit checklists.
• Complete all administration for online and face-to-face training, room bookings, scheduling, attendance, and certification issuance.
• Assist with drafting new policies and workflows.
• Conduct employee file audits and ensure mandatory documents are on file.
• Follow-up signed contracts and HR documents; manage mail-merge and distribution of correspondence.
• Complete recruitment admin tasks, including shortlisting and phone screens.
• Generate social calendars and perform reporting tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as an initial point of contact for leaders within the Group, with regards to people matters.
• Act as the HRIS (Employment Hero) Champion for the Group, including:
• Maintain up-to-date employee files;
  • Update company policies and other induction and compliance content;
  • Create and publish forms and surveys with the team;
  • Regularly post announcements, as required.
• Administer working rights expiration checks and follow-up.
• Monitor probationary review completion and follow-up.
• Ensure onboarding and exit checklists are actioned.
• Complete all administration for online and face-to-face training, including room bookings, calendar scheduling, invitations, attendance registers, issuing and filing certificates.
• Complete training request administration including bookings and recording.
• Assist with drafting new policies and workflows.
• Conduct employee file audits, as required.
• Compliance follow up for mandatory documents required on file.
• Follow-up signed contract variations and various HR documents and/or meeting notes to save to file.
• Mail merge, and distribute correspondence, including:
  • Anniversary Certificates;
  • Statements of Service.
• Complete recruitment administrative tasks, including shortlisting and phone screens
• Generate Social Calendars
• Reporting tasks where required
