Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our hybrid, day-shift team in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on sourcing, resume screening, and coordinating interviews to support Australian clients and labour-hire environments.

You will manage high-volume recruitment cycles, conduct initial phone screens, and ensure timely communications with candidates. A degree is desirable; strong Excel/Word skills and Outlook proficiency are expected.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates from various channels (database, social media, groups).
• Screening resumes against job briefs and requirements.
• Conducting initial phone screens to assess availability, licensure, location, pay expectations and work rights.
• Shortlisting suitable candidates for interviews.
• Scheduling interviews and potentially conducting interviews in the future.
• Managing timesheet follow-ups.
• Running bulk SMS and email campaigns for high-volume roles.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/ email campaigns for high-volume roles

Qualifications

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word expertise, experience with Microsoft Outlook, ability to learn other applications.
• Degree qualified desirable

Prior Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in recruitment, ideally supporting Australian clients or labour-hire environments. Proven experience in candidate sourcing across multiple channels (job boards, databases, social media), resume screening, and conducting initial phone screens is essential. Experience managing high-volume roles, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment administration such as timesheets and candidate communications will be highly regarded. Familiarity with Australian work rights, licences, and employment requirements is an advantage.
