Qualifications

• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (volume hiring preferred).
• Willing to render paid overtime when needed.
• Open to shifting and flexible schedules; onsite engagement with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
• Ensure staffing procedures align with client requirements.
• Review and update recruitment processes; implement improvements.
• Develop sourcing plans to meet application and hiring targets.
• Monitor cost per hire and expenses related to sourcing, office, and telephony.
• Gather and analyze recruitment data and performance metrics.
• Report on On-time Hiring, Hit Rate, Cost Per Hire, and Conversion Rate.
