Job summary

Qualfon Philippines is seeking an HR Specialist to serve as the frontline contact for employee-related inquiries in a hybrid Manila/Cebu/CDO/Dumaguete setup. The role focuses on timely, accurate HR transactions, data integrity in QNect, and collaboration with COEs to improve processes.

Applicants should have strong HR process knowledge, excellent communication, and experience with HRIS and ticketing tools to ensure high-quality employee experiences and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR processes including Recruitment, Onboarding, Data Management, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Compliance, and Offboarding.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HRIS and HR ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries via ticketing tools, chat, or email.
• Process HR transactions with focus on First Contact Resolution.
• Adhere to SLAs when handling inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accuracy in the HR Information System (QNect) and ensure data integrity.
• Promote compliance with policies and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with local HR partners and COEs to resolve issues.
• Support redesign of transactional HR processes to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to HR continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
