Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join onsite in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines. You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition team and help recruit qualified talents for our client partners, handling high-volume hiring with speed and quality.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, administer assessments, extend offers, and support onboarding. Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and contribute to meeting aggressive hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt plans to meet client requirements and aggressive hiring goals.
• Proficient use of applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications and conduct phone screens.
• Schedule onsite and virtual interviews; administer assessments.
• Make offers and coordinate onboarding for hires.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
• Represent TTEC at job fairs and community events.
