TaskUs is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the organization. You will perform day-to-day recruitment tasks, sourcing & profiling, screening and selection, and documentation & reporting to ensure top talent is hired.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Based in the Philippines with internal growth opportunities and a People First culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive sourcing and profiling with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
