Job summary

TaskUs in Manila is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to attract top talent and develop innovative sourcing strategies for our recruitment efforts. You will manage referral programs, vendor relationships, and external branding to fill FTE requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Marketing/Psychology and at least 2 years of sourcing/marketing experience, with strong English communication and organizational skills. Expect dynamic collaboration across the staffing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business/Marketing/Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sourcing/Marketing for Recruitment.
• Experience in non-traditional sourcing, marketing activities and events coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies.
• Maintain accurate internal and external candidate data in staffing systems.
• Contribute as a positive member of the staffing team and assist others in their success.
• Handle Employee Referral Program, vendor management, and external branding, marketing and sourcing activities.
