What does a Recruiter do?

Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process throughout the organization. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that this will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

As a Recruiter, you will:

Performing the day to day recruitment functions and duties related to but not limited to the following:

• Job Analysis
• Sourcing & Profiling
• Screening and Selection
• Documentation & Reporting

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent)
• Good computer skills, including familiarity with both Microsoft and Google applications (such as Docs, Sheets & Slides)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping
• Excellent in terms of their interpersonal skills
