TaskUs, located in Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fixed-term period. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill roles promptly.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's/College Degree (HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent).
• Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day recruitment functions: sourcing, profiling, screening and selection.
• Documentation & reporting of recruitment outcomes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely filling of roles.
