TaskUs in Imus, Cavite seeks a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from job analysis to screening and selection, using traditional sourcing and creative ideas to attract top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruitment, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent).
• Good computer skills, including familiarity with both Microsoft and Google applications (Docs, Sheets & Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills in database management and record keeping.
• Excellent in terms of their interpersonal skills.
