Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines is seeking a recruiter to meet targets and help elevate people’s careers within a mission-driven global organization. You will drive recruiting initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate journey and aligning with client needs.

You’ll report to the Manager, Human Capital, and work with a global team to source, screen, interview, and coordinate references and paperwork. This role emphasizes inclusion and career development.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum customer service experience.
• Time management skills with a focus on hitting goals and meeting targets.
• Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations.
• Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity, judgment and follow-through.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador throughout the applicant’s journey and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting tasks associated with each client ramp.
• Review applications and update applicant data in application tracking system.

What You'll Be Doing

Looking to hire great talent and make an impact on helping people elevate their careers in a mission and values driven global organization In this role, you'll meet recruiting targets in support of specific client needs. You'll work with the recruiting team to coordinate recruiting efforts and be responsible for your own recruiting goals as well. This may include community sourcing, screening resumes and applications, scheduling onsite interviews, assisting in completing reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and completing paperwork for each new hire. Ready to ensure a positive experience for every candidate
