Job Summary
The Corporate Talent Acquisition (Internal Talent Acquisition) supports end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate functions by driving sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, and process excellence. This role partners closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and delivering data-driven insights that strengthen talent acquisition outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate and professional roles across multiple business functions.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Leverage various sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, talent communities, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct candidate screening and behavioral-based interviews to assess qualifications, skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate records and recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, and role requirements.
- Provide consultative support on recruitment strategies, market insights, and candidate availability.
- Assist in developing compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns that align with business needs.
- Facilitate interview calibration discussions and support hiring decisions through structured evaluation processes.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support employment offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Represent the organization’s employer brand across recruitment channels and talent engagement initiatives.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
- Read and interpret recruitment reports to support hiring activities.
- Ensure accuracy of candidate and recruitment data in ATS and tracking systems.
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Support talent acquisition projects, process improvement initiatives, and recruiting programs.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment, career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.
- Maintain knowledge of recruitment trends, labor market insights, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Corporate Recruiting environments.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, competency-based interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate, professional, or shared services hiring.
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs, workforce planning, and talent market intelligence.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, Manatal, or similar ATS platforms.
- Exposure to employer branding, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
