Job summary

Mace is seeking a detail-focused Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to support recruitment across one of our four global hubs. This hybrid role combines office-based work with home working and involves proactive sourcing, CV mining and presenting top candidates to recruiters.

You will engage with stakeholders across multiple countries, using ATS/CRM systems and social networks to build talent pipelines for construction, property and engineering sectors. Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates with the right skills, experience and cultural alignment for the Mace organisation, supporting one of our four global hubs.
• Proactively source talent through applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms and professional social media networks, building Talent pipelines for the relevant sector.
• Conduct CV mining, sifting and shortlisting against specific criteria defined by recruiters and recruitment managers.
• Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters, providing clear CV summaries, sourcing insights and relevant supporting information.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews for the recruitment managers, supporting a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with recruiters and recruitment managers to support recruitment activity, timelines and agreed processes.
• Ensure candidate data and sourcing activity are accurately recorded in line with recruitment procedures and governance standards.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail focused and digitally confident Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to support recruitment delivery across one of Mace’s four global hubs. This role plays a critical part in identifying, screening and presenting high-quality candidate CVs to recruiters, enabling efficient and effective hiring outcomes across complex, fast paced programmes.

This role is focused on proactive sourcing, CV mining and shortlisting against clearly defined criteria, partnering closely with recruiters and recruitment managers to ensure the right talent is identified at the right time.

This is a hybrid role, combining office-based and home working. Candidates must be able to attend the designated office location and have a suitable home-working setup, including a dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Strong resourcing background within the construction, property or engineering sectors.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recruitment data.
