Job summary

Mace Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Commercial professional to lead feasibility studies, cost planning and value management across major projects. You will support procurement, tendering and contractor selection, and guide commercial governance from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent with accreditation progress toward chartership.
• Strong cost planning, contract administration, procurement, risk management and change control.
• Commercially astute with analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Digitally proficient with knowledge of BIM, sustainability, carbon reduction and best practice.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent, with relevant professional accreditation or progress towards chartership.
