Job summary

Mace is seeking a detail-focused Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to support recruitment across one of its global hubs. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, CV mining and presenting high-quality candidates to recruiters, with hybrid office/remote work and a strong emphasis on data accuracy.

You will engage with recruiters across multiple countries, build pipelines, and coordinate interviews while maintaining timely communications and governance standards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience using applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms and HR databases.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledgeable about social media and professional networks as sourcing channels.
• Confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Resourcing experience in construction, property or engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates with the right skills, experience and cultural alignment for Mace.
• Proactively source talent through ATS, CRM platforms and professional networks, building Talent pipelines for the relevant sector.
• Conduct CV mining, sifting and shortlisting against specific criteria defined by recruiters and recruitment managers.
• Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters, providing clear CV summaries, sourcing insights and relevant supporting information.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews for the recruitment managers, supporting a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with recruiters and recruitment managers to support recruitment activity, timelines and agreed processes.
• Ensure candidate data and sourcing activity are accurately recorded in line with recruitment procedures and governance standards.
