Job summary

Pioneer Hollard Inc. Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition – Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on high-volume hiring for TSRs and other support roles.

You will source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs and agencies, conduct interviews and assessments, build a strong talent pipeline, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Training, Sales and Hiring Managers to meet targets and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business or related field.
• At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• BPO/telephony/volume-hiring experience preferred.
• Proven ability to run large-scale recruitment campaigns and hit targets.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills; stakeholder management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle volume hiring for TSRs
• Handle hiring for other support roles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, agencies, and community partnerships
• Conduct interviews, phone screenings, and recruitment assessments
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Partner with Operations, HR, Training, Sales, and Hiring Managers
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment SLAs
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Track recruitment metrics and identify ways to improve hiring efficiency

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• BPO, telemarketing, call center, customer service, or volume-hiring experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience handling large-scale recruitment campaigns and meeting hiring targets
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
