Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines is expanding its Talent Acquisition and Procurement capabilities in the Philippines with a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on end-to-end contractor onboarding, documentation, compliance checks, and ongoing workforce planning across departments.

The successful candidate will have a degree in HR/Business/Procurement, 2+ years of contractor management and related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, business, supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contractor management, workforce administration, talent acquisition operations, procurement, HR operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and workforce compliance processes.
• Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple departments and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end subcontractor and contractor onboarding.
• Ensure onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and setup are completed.
• Coordinate contractor offboarding activities and access removals.
• Maintain records related to contractor engagements.
• Monitor contractor compliance and adherence to policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate contractor status and engagements.
• Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and business teams.
• Provide guidance on contractor requests and workforce planning needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline staffing procurement processes.
• Support implementation of process enhancements and automation.
