P&A Grant Thornton in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Senior or Officer to manage end-to-end hiring. You will source candidates, post vacancies, interview, extend offers, and onboard, while ensuring compliance with data protection laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in other HR functions (pay & benefits, employee relations, training &)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and
• other related courses
• Open to Hybrid work arrangements (WFH and Onsite)

Responsabilités

• Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
• Responsible to meet hiring goals by filling the vacancies with talented and qualified candidates.
• This is a generalist job that oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing
• of applicants; advertising and posting of job vacancies through job portals, social media, job affairs and other related events, interviewing, offering prospective candidates, requirements gathering and onboarding.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Utilizes the most effective media channels such as social media, newspapers and seminars to reach potential candidates.
• Conducts fair and impartial interviews to source suitable candidates.
• Ensures all records are diligently encoded in HRMS.
• Report preparation and data analysis.
