Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to support recruiting across the organization. This role manages interview logistics, candidate movement, and offer documentation, ensuring a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the Onboarding team to maintain timely processes, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and uphold data integrity in Workday ATS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination or related role experience.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling and candidate movement.
• Experience generating offer letters preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable with remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across the recruitment organization; coordinate calendars.
• Manage confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and candidate communications.
• Maintain interview records and candidate files in Workday ATS.
• Generate and distribute offer letters and coordinate approvals.
• Support onboarding readiness and transfer of candidate information.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with recruiting workflows.
