Opensity Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting operations, interview logistics, and candidate movement from application through onboarding. You will partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers across time zones to ensure timely communications, accurate records in Workday ATS, and smooth onboarding handoffs.

A 1–3 year track record in recruitment coordination and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR administration.
• Experience with high-volume interview scheduling.
• Experience generating offer letters and coordinating recruiting tasks.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule interviews across the recruiting organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute offer letters and manage approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and pre-start logistics.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data quality.
• Support process improvements and data-driven reporting.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR and hiring managers across time zones.
