Job summary

Satellite Office in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Sourcing) to identify and engage candidates across multiple roles. You will source via job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels, building robust pipelines.

You’ll partner with recruiters, manage candidate records in ATS, and contribute to market research and strategy. Strong communication and organization are key in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in engaging candidates professionally.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused approach to work.
• Comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and digital tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and try different approaches to finding suitable talent.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with active and passive candidates to support ongoing hiring requirements.
• Conduct talent market research and explore new sourcing channels and techniques.
• Assist with candidate coordination and recruitment pipeline management as needed.

In this role, you’ll focus on finding qualified talent through different sourcing channels, building candidate pipelines, and supporting recruiters in meeting hiring needs.
