Job summary

Power Maintenance Corp. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle in Mandaluyong. You will manage manpower pipelines, liaise with external agencies, screen applicants, and administer pre-employment assessments.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Self-starter with good organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

Coordinates end-to-end recruitment to fulfill manpower needs.
Partners with external agencies to manage pipelines and interview schedules.
Screens applicants, collects feedback, and uses pre-employment assessments.
Shortlists candidates and routes to hiring managers for final interviews.
Maintains regular candidate communications and checks pre-employment requirements.
Prepares weekly recruitment status reports for management.
