Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V. Branch Office is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for high-volume hiring across healthcare and business operations.

You will manage recruiters and coordinators, ensure timely fulfillment, quality, and a strong candidate experience while partnering with Operations, Workforce Planning, HR, and business leaders to build workforce plans and pipelines. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in recruitment analytics and process optimization.
• Experience managing a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
• Vendor management and relationships with recruiting partners.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop recruitment marketing materials.
• Commitment to positive, inclusive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex recruiting initiatives for highly technical or senior roles from internal and external sources.
• Plan and execute employment advertising campaigns and build relationships with agencies, schools, and management.
• Mentor a team of talent acquisition leaders with guidance and performance feedback.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as escalation point for TA matters.
• Provide strategic guidance on TA best practices, trends, and innovative strategies.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and improve decision-making.
• Manage recruitment projects as a project manager.
• Stay up to date with recruitment technologies to optimize processes.
• Conceptualize recruitment marketing and branding campaigns to support sourcing.
