Job summary

GRGBanking HK Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead recruitment activities in Mexico, including planning, sourcing channels, posting ads and coordinating with global HQ.

The role requires at least 3 years of recruitment experience, Spanish as the working language, and strong communication & MS Office skills; you will report to HQ in China and participate in events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, management or English.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience.
• Spanish is a must as working language; good English or Chinese.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PPT.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and adjusting the annual recruitment plans per business needs.
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels, update recruitment websites, write and post job advertisements.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including CV screening, interviews, background checks and offers.
• Manage recruitment cost application, review, control, reimbursement and reporting.
• Activate and follow up recruitment processes as required.
• Participate in recruitment events, conferences and job fairs.
• Submit reports to HQ in China weekly or monthly.
• Other tasks assigned by leaders or HQ.
