Job summary

Northpoint Development Bank is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting through onboarding, in San Pedro, Laguna. The role focuses on building a robust talent pipeline for mission-critical positions and ensuring timely vacancy fills in line with manpower plans.

You will develop effective sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and exercise strong knowledge of labor laws.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business-related course.
• At least 3 years work experience in end to end recruitment.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• With strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and labor laws.
• Excellence in interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination).
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely filling of vacancies according to manpower plans.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
