Job summary

Temu in Manila is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive mid-level and core hiring as the company scales rapidly across the Philippines. You will own end-to-end recruitment, align roles with hiring managers, map talent, source candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.

You will monitor sourcing efficiency, interview conversion, offer and joining rates, and report risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in talent acquisition, familiar with e-commerce, social platform or BPO large-scale recruitment mode.
• Solid understanding of local labor policies, recruitment compliance requirements and company internal talent management standards.
• Fluent in English and local language; Mandarin is preferred for cross-regional alignment.
• Excellent independent delivery capability, strong negotiation, problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Self-driven and highly responsible, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume recruitment environment and strong structured and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Independently design and execute tailored recruitment strategies for mid-level and core business roles based on rapid business expansion needs, and ensure high-quality, on-time headcount delivery and talent filling rate.
• 2. Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned job families, conduct in-depth alignment on job requirement with hiring managers, implement precise talent mapping, candidate sourcing, end-to-end interview coordination, offer negotiation and candidate onboarding follow-up.
• 3. Track recruitment data metrics including sourcing efficiency, interview conversion rate, offer rate and joining rate; conduct regular data analysis, identify recruitment bottlenecks and continuously optimize recruitment methods and channel effectiveness.
• 4. Proactively identify recruitment risks such as talent shortages and prolonged vacancies, and submit analytical reports and improvement solutions.
• 5. Independently support key HR recruitment projects, assist in campus recruitment, key talent pooling and talent pipeline building, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business scaling.
