Job summary

GRGBanking HK Co., Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end talent acquisition for our Mexico operations. You will plan recruitment, manage channels, write job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and negotiate offers in a fast-paced team environment.

Fluency in Spanish is required, with strong English or Chinese writing skills and MS Office proficiency. This role involves reporting to HQ in China and collaborating with local and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majored in human resources, management or English.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience.
• Spanish is a must as working language, good oral or written English or Chinese.
• Excellent writing skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
• Self-directed with high-level initiative and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and adjusting the annual recruitment plans per business needs.
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels, update recruitment websites, write and post job advertisements.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment: CV screening, interview arrangement, background check, salary negotiation and offer issuance.
• Manage recruitment costs: application, review, control, reimbursement and reporting.
• Activate and follow up recruitment processes and participate in events as needed.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports to HQ in China; perform other tasks as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and adjusting the annual recruitment plans per business needs;
• Responsible for the developing and maintaining of the recruitment channels, updates of the recruitment websites, job advertisement writing and posting, etc. to ensure the channels can secure the supply of talents;
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to CV screening, interview arrangement and participation, background check, salary negotiation, offer issuance, etc.;
• Responsible for the application, review, control, reimbursement and reporting of the recruitment costs;
• Responsible for activating and following up of recruitment related process as required;
• Participate in recruitment events, conferences and job fairs as needed;
• Make and submit report to HQ in China weekly or monthly;
• Other tasks assigned by leaders or HQ.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majored in human resources, management or English;
• Minimum 3 (three) years recruitment experience;
• Spanish is a must as working language, good oral or written English or Chinese;
• Excellent writing skills, specializing in MS office software, especially Word, Excel and PPT;
• Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task;
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented, service-focused environment;
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and accuracy;
