Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a commercially minded Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruitment for sales, marketing, trade marketing, key accounts, and other commercial functions across Metro Manila and regional territories. The role partners with business leaders to support growth and workforce expansion.

You will lead a recruitment delivery across multiple locations, build candidate pipelines, and coach a team to improve sourcing capability, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years in recruitment including 2+ years in sales/commercial roles.
• 2+ years leading a recruitment team across multiple locations.

Job description

We are looking for a commercially minded Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruitment for sales, marketing, trade marketing, key accounts, and other commercial functions. The successful candidate will lead recruitment delivery across multiple territories and collaborate with business leaders to support commercial growth and workforce expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial recruitment team in filling sales, marketing, trade marketing, key account, and other commercial positions across assigned territories.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities, hiring targets, and regional manpower requirements.
• Partner with sales and marketing leaders to understand workforce plans, territory expansion, and recruitment priorities.
• Build candidate pipelines through competitor mapping, employee referrals, professional networks, job portals, social media, campus recruitment, job fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Oversee candidate screening, competency-based interviews, selection processes, and job offer negotiations.
• Ensure effective recruitment coverage across Metro Manila and provincial or regional sales territories.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR and business stakeholders to align recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
• Monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, recruitment productivity, and early attrition.
• Coach and develop recruitment team members to improve sourcing capability, stakeholder partnership, and hiring outcomes.
• Prepare regular recruitment updates and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years in sales, commercial, FMCG, retail, or marketing recruitment.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience, with demonstrated responsibility for team performance and recruitment delivery.
• Proven experience recruiting for sales representatives, area sales managers, key account personnel, merchandisers, trade marketing, brand marketing, or related commercial positions.
• Experience managing high-volume or multi-location recruitment is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to support recruitment requirements across multiple locations and territories.
