Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a commercially minded Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruitment for sales, marketing, trade marketing, key accounts, and other commercial functions across Metro Manila and regional territories. The role partners with business leaders to support growth and workforce expansion.

You will lead a recruitment delivery across multiple locations, build candidate pipelines, and coach a team to improve sourcing capability, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years in recruitment including 2+ years in sales/commercial roles.
• 2+ years leading a recruitment team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial recruitment team for sales, marketing, trade marketing, and key accounts.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business targets and regional needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to plan workforce expansion and territories.
• Oversee screening, interviews, offers, and negotiations.
• Monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire, and attrition; report updates.
