Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, graduating in December 2027 or later
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency is required
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
  • Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process in talent acquisition Early Career team by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
  • Support offer and onboarding processes for selected candidates
  • Assist with university relations initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding activities
  • Provide follow-up and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
