Shopee is seeking a Talent Acquisition partner in the Philippines to support either campus intern hiring or experienced hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes data accuracy in the ATS and ongoing process improvements to hiring workflows, with a flexible schedule for part-time interns (minimum 3 days per week).

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end recruitment for campus intern roles or experienced roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and campus channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage multiple stakeholders across markets.
• Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer.
• Support offer discussions, offer closure, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in the ATS.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and ways of working.
