Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an HC Operations & Talent Acquisition Associate to drive recruitment, payroll, vendor management, and HR operations for a fintech-focused team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years in a generalist HR role with recruitment exposure.
• Experience with payroll processing and vendor management is valued.
• Fintech/banking/consultancy background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling.
• Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline with hiring managers across departments.
• Manage onboarding logistics: paperwork, accounts, equipment before Day 1.
• Refine sourcing channels and recruitment processes to shorten time-to-hire.
• Process payroll accurately and on time with external payroll vendor; verify timekeeping.
• Own vendor management: negotiate terms, track contracts, renewals, payments.
• Oversee facility management and coordinate with building management on issues.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and support engagement and performance reviews.
• Support Finance with accounts payable: verify invoices, process local payments.
