FLIN Philippines is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition & HC Operations Associate with 1–3 years of generalist experience to support human capital, general affairs, recruitment, and basic finance tasks. The successful candidate will manage payroll, employee records, office operations, vet vendors, assist with bookkeeping, and help streamline processes across FLIN Philippines and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of generalist HR/GA experience.
• Fintech, banking, or consultancy background.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with data, Excel, and reporting.
• Practical use of AI tools to automate tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor management end-to-end: build relations, negotiate terms, track contracts, renewals, and payments.
• Process payroll accurately with external payroll vendor and resolve queries.
• Oversee facilities, office administration, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain HR records and support engagement and performance reviews.
• Handle basic IT administration and onboarding logistics.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-border teams for alignment.
• Assist bookkeeping and expense tracking; verify invoices.
