Job summary

LENDABLE is seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end high-volume hiring across Operations, partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will work closely with leadership to drive data-informed decisions, implement AI-driven sourcing, and optimise candidate experience across multiple roles, including Complaints, Fraud and Customer Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring Operations roles or high-volume recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to push back when needed.
• Data-driven with analytics to improve hiring and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messages to audience.
• Experience adopting AI into daily workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced, scale-up organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume hiring end-to-end, building scalable processes to move pipelines quickly.
• Act as a business partner to leaders, guiding conversations with data and empathy.
• Navigate a scaling, fast-paced environment, adapting processes as volume and priorities shift.
• Use AI and automation to streamline hiring processes and raise the bar.
• Source creatively, exploring untapped channels and talent pools.
• Use historical data to forward-plan pipeline needs and anticipate bottlenecks.
• Reshape hiring processes to maintain high conversion at every stage.
