The role centers on recruitment and talent acquisition, from identifying candidates and conducting initial screening to coordinating with stakeholders and helping close hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of HR experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Finance or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
• Payroll administration and vendor coordination is an advantage.
• Fintech/banking/consulting or other fast-paced industries background preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Experience

• Exposure to payroll administration and vendor coordination is an advantage.

• Background in fintech, banking, consulting, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.

• Experience working in a startup or growing organization is a plus.
