Job summary

ENGIE Philippines is seeking a Senior Recruitment Lead to steer all recruitment efforts for ENGIE Services (Philippines) based in Pasig. You will plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, optimize job postings, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.

You will build relationships with agencies, counsel candidates on benefits and salary, ensure compliance with DOLE, and align with regional HR initiatives while delivering timely hires.

• Lead all recruitment efforts of ENGIE Services (Philippines)
• Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategy including job posting optimization and recruitment marketing
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle from assessments to offers
• Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and corporate environment
• Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and HR with data
• Develop relationships with third party agencies and manage procurement/measurement
• Support PH HR initiatives and engagement programs
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and maintain SLAs/turnaround times

Job description

• Lead all recruitment efforts of ENGIE Services (Philippines)
• Plan, Develop and implement recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Manage in-sourcing and internal employee mobility
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
• May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
• Provide support on all other HR initiated programs
• Reviews and ensures updated memorandum or agreement of agencies/headhunters, schools and other partner institutions
• Creates and initiates employer branding initiatives in the Philippines.
• Prepares and releases email communication regarding new hire announcements
• Ensures that service level agreements and turn -around-time are met and complied
• Ensures compliance to Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
• Prepares and ensures accuracy of monthly and/or quarterly reports.
• Ensures regular coordination and alignment with the region.

Provide support to PH HR initiatives or engagement programs.
