The candidate will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, build pipelines, and drive offers, while coordinating with hiring managers for timely closures in a startup environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Handle hiring across Technology, Product, and Design roles.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
• Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple requirements.
• Drive offer negotiations and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously with timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hiring across Technology, Product, and Design roles.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple requirements.
• Drive offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong Recruitment / Talent Acquisition focused profile.
• Must be available in 7 to 10 days to join from Office location in Bangalore (5 Days WFO).
• Must have 1+ YOE in end-to-end recruitments in a Recruitment Agency / Early-stage startup, and hiring for Indian startups / Product clients (Dont want profiles with US / International focus).
• Must have strong experience in hiring for Product, Tech and Design roles.
• Last 1 year in a Recruitment Agency or IT Staffing company.
