Job summary

Havaianas in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist who can lead end-to-end recruitment and drive employee engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers on manpower requisitions, sources, screens, interviews, background checks, and deployment, while maintaining strong HR reporting and vendor coordination.

You will partner with HR and operations teams to streamline processes, plan manpower, and deliver engaging employee programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for direct hires, project staff, and contractors.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on requisitions and candidate calibration.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and deployment.
• Coordinate with HR vendors and third-party manpower agencies.
• Develop and improve Talent Acquisition processes and HR reporting.
• Implement monthly employee engagement activities and programs.
• Support HR planning and ad hoc HR projects.
