Job summary

Newport World Resorts is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment, including direct hires and agency deployments, in line with company policy and timelines.

You will work with hiring managers and partner agencies to source, screen, interview, offer, onboard new hires, and oversee agency billing to ensure accurate invoicing and compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, behavioral science, psychology, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace.
• Able to build working relationships with diverse individuals.
• Technical knowledge in talent acquisition preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers and agencies to refine job descriptions and hiring profiles.
• Source candidates, screen, interview, test, and present top talent.
• Extend offers and coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
• Manage agency billing and verify invoices for recruitment services.
