Job summary

You will collaborate with departments to source candidates, conduct needs analysis, track learning, and support organization development initiatives, ensuring professional growth and effective HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
• Knowledge of compensation & benefits and HR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR and organizational development support across recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee records, training and development, career planning, and performance management.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and partner with departments to ensure timely hiring.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate internal and external training programs; track learning and development.
• Support career planning and employee growth initiatives; assist in performance management processes; maintain HR databases.
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives; prepare reports and documentation; perform administrative tasks.
