Job summary

HR Primo Management Services seeks an experienced Human Resources Head to lead the organization's HR functions, develop strategies, manage talent acquisition and employee relations, and ensure efficient HR operations.

The role drives performance management, analytics, succession planning, and leadership development across multiple branches, with a focus on Philippine labor law compliance and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Substantial experience in HR leadership or management, preferably in multi-branch or growing organizations.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce requirements.
• Oversee recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace policies, and labor-related concerns.
• Lead the performance management framework, including KPIs, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, HR systems, policies, and procedures.
• Provide HR analytics and workforce insights, including headcount, turnover trends, and personnel cost analysis.
• Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and succession planning.
