• Sourcing candidates through various channels including social media and referrals.
• Conducts initial interviews for applicants and documents feedback.
• Coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers and tracks schedules.
• Maintains regular communication with candidates and provides timely updates.
• Pre-employment checks and ensures compliance with labor standards and confidentiality.
