Job summary

Transpeed Communications is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team in the Philippines. This onsite role focuses on strategic recruitment, stakeholder partnership, and continuous process improvement to strengthen our talent pipeline.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and analyze recruitment metrics to drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Talent Acquisition
• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience partnering with hiring managers
• Strong sourcing and pipeline development

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
• Strong talent sourcing and pipeline development skills
• Experience developing and improving recruitment processes and SOPs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ATS implementation, administration, or optimization experience
• Recruitment analytics and reporting experience
• Experience with recruitment technology and automation
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Professional Services, Virtual Staffing, or other fast-paced/high-growth environments
