Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to create basic reports to enable informed decision-making.
• Experience generating recruitment analytics (time-to-fill, activity metrics).
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand manpower needs.
• Achieve KPIs and identify process improvements.
• Utilize sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide timely feedback on applications.
• Maintain ATS and hiring trackers.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and act as HRBP for designated departments.
